As part of the 2024 Maurie Considine Life Members Day, the Old Paradians Association will be presenting club legend John Booth with the OPA Outstanding Service Award.

When it comes to names at the OPs, they don't come much bigger than "Boothy".  On-field, he is a 4-time Premiership Player in 1958, 62, 63 and 64 including captain in 63 and 64.  Obviously becoming a bit bored with winning flags as a player, he tried his hand at coaching, where he won another four !  A phenomenal effort.
