Dear Old Paradian

 

On behalf of the Old Paradians Football Club Committee, I would like to extend an invitation to all players, supporters, sponsors and members to the Frank Mount Room at the Garvey Oval, to provide an update on our strategic review into the future of the Club, on Thursday the 31st of August at 700pm.

The members of the Strategic Review sub-Committee met on Tuesday night with the CEO, President, VP and other representatives of the VAFA, who presented their case for our Club to remain in the VAFA.  The sub-Committee now has the required information from both the VAFA and NFNL, and will provide their recommendation to the Club Committee about the future direction of the Club, specifically if we should remain in the VAFA, or submit an application to join the NFNL.

At the “town hall meeting” on the 31st of August, I will provide details of the recommendations, along with taking questions and feedback.  A final decision to accept or reject the findings, will be  announced on Tuesday the 5th of September.

For those that are unable to attend, we will be broadcasting the meeting via Microsoft Teams.  Please register your willingness to attend via the link BELOW by 1200pm on Thursday the 31st, and you will be sent a link upon registering.  (NB: the microphone will be muted during the meeting, however a Q&A feature will be activated for you to ask questions and will be presented during the meeting).
