PROPOSED ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

The below is a design of the proposed Old Paradians Football Club Management structure. Note: if the club's proposed merger with Parade SDJFC proceeds then a similar committee structure would apply.


It is yet to be formally adopted, as some elements are subject to changes to the club constitution to be considered at the up-coming club 2019 Annual General Meeting scheduled for 20 November.


The above roles with a (*) next to them are all up for re-election at the AGM. Some of these roles entail being on the Committee, but generally the majority do not.

 

With the introduction of new sub-committee framework, we believe most areas will need a contribution of around 10 hours (incl meetings) per annum.
