Pre season training recommences.We kick off training again on Wednesday 1 February leaving us only 14 official training sessions up to the first practice match on the 18th of March. We hope most players have been doing some work and trying to keep as close as you can to the running schedule.
When we return the training will be slightly different with more endurance running to improve fitness levels and also more game style activities to get used to match conditions and play. The training will be full contact so please bring boots and footy jumpers from day 1.
Training will be held on the Naughtin Oval until further advised. Take the main college driveway to the end and turn right at the soccer fields. We will be moving to the Garvey closer to round 1.
