Pre-Season Training Calendar

Pre -Christmas training will be a combination of different activities and ball drills in different locations.

 

We will mix it up with endurance (Max 1km running time trials) and fitness utilizing the ground and ball drills. Please keep an eye on this website for any changes to the schedule, along with Twitter @oldparadiansafc


Note: All sessions will start at 6pm unless advised otherwise. You will only need runners until advised to bring boots.

7 Nov - (Naughton Oval Rear Parade College) meeting to go through Pre season and expectations – ball work/fitness
9 Nov – ( Naughton Oval Rear Parade College) Ball work /Fitness 1km Time Trial)
14 Nov -  Boxing – (Venue TBA )
16 Nov – (Naughton Oval Rear Parade College)-Activities/Fitness/Ballwork

21 Nov – (Naughton Oval Rear Parade College) Fitness endurance running and ball work

23rd Nov – Naughton Oval Rear Parade College) Ball game drills.

Maybe ? 26rd Nov – Saturday morning 10am ( Port Melbourne Pier) Details where to meet will be given out at training.

28 Nov – Reservoir Leisure Centre ( Spin class /swimming and running)

30 Nov (Naughton Oval Rear Parade College) – Ball work/Drills

5 Dec – Boxing – Venue TBA

7 Dec – (Naughton Oval Rear Parade College) – Ball drills/Endurance

12 Dec – (Naughton Oval Rear Parade College) – Activities/Ball Drills

14 Dec – (Naughton Oval Rear Parade College) 1 km time trial/ Mini Game)-Followed by BBQ Christmas Break up at Frank Mount Social Rooms-Garvey Oval.
