2019 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Old Paradians Association Amateur Football Club Inc. will be held at the Frank Mount Rooms, Garvey Oval, 1434 Plenty Road, Bundoora on Wednesday November 20th, 2019 at 7:45pm for the following purposes:

1. Introduction;

2. Apologies; 

3. Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting;

4. To receive the report of the President for the year ended 30th September, 2019;

5. To adopt the financial reports for the year ended 30th September, 2019;

6. To elect the General Committee for 2020;

7. To appoint an Auditor until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Club at which accounts are laid before the members;

8. To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolutions which will be proposed as a special resolutions:
   
   That the current Constitution of the Club be replaced by adopting the following Resolution. “To rescind the current Constitution of the Club and to replace with a new Constitution as presented”

   The proposed changes to the Constitution are designed accommodate Parade St Damians’ Junior Football Club to merge with our Club.
